Being happy, and successful. Don't get caught up in playing this game all it's going to do is make her one up you and you will be going nowhere fast.

 

Thing's I do to achieve this? Weight's training at the gym every day, bought a bunch of new clothes and some new kicks, new hair style, wen't out and met heaps of new people of the opposite sex, go out to clubs and popular hotspots and made sure I was in lots of venue photos and photos with friends to put on facebook. Not to spite my ex but to show her and the world how much fun I'm having on my own.

 

If you ex wants to check up on you then she will find out what you've been up to. Not only that but it's good for your own state of mind too. When I started dating my ex I thought she was WAY out of my league but now we've been broken up for a while and she's been partying too hard and drowning her sorrows and I've been working f***ing hard on myself I honestly feel like I'm out of her league now.

 

Getting muscular, improving my self image, freshening up my look, going out and having great fun with lots of new people and being happy has had more of an impact on my ex than anything else. But the more you do it the less you do it to affect her and the more you do it because you are genuinely happy and want to live every day to the fullest again
