my little dissapointing update.

so i went a full week NC..after reading a post on fb from my exs father saying publically she has a new guy..not sure if its true or not..

 

regardless.. i hooked my self up on a dating site...met two women..both were nothing in real life like there pics..and when i was with them i felt i was cheating..and awful afterwards..

 

then yesterday..my ex emails me telling me she misses me..thinks about me..wishes things went differently..and that she will always love me..now its all turned upside down....a few wks back it was she hated me and never wanted to talk again..

 

i replied a few emailes..and she repied then it stopped..

 

now i feel all the hurt coming back...and resentment..

Well you fed her ego when you responded. Don't date for revenge though, heal up so you can have a healthy relationship in the future.

You need to maintain full NC. Any contact whether it's through text, email, facebook, or phone will set you back.

 

You need to unfriend her father and anyone else that will post comments or pictures of or about her. Perhaps you should also completely block them on facebook so you can't even see their comments to something a mutual facebook friend posts.

 

It's obviously too early to try and start dating. Take some time for yourself.
