:( Too hot. I haven't been able to run for 2 days now. It only gets nice around 9 - 10 PM and that is too late.

I don't have a gym membership so my only other option is a work out video at home... OK Jillian Michaels it is.

I worked out at home that night but told myself the same thing the next day only to end up with a heat stroke.... :) I say there are times when it is too hot to run.

However I have been able to run regularly lately. All is good again :)

Yeah, how hot is too hot?

I run here in Brisbane in the middle of the day during summer, up to 40deg celsius. It even melts the rubber on the bottom of my zemgears.

Never too hot.

Well some people are more sensitive to the humidity than others. I will easily over heat if I play tennis when the temp is in the mid to upper 80s, and the heat index is in the 60s. In fact, last weekend I overheated and when that happens it takes my body a day to recover. Everyone experiences heat stroke and heat exhaustion differently.
