I will sit there with a scowl on my face not wanting her to touch me because I am so pissed off and it would not be good for either of us.

The man is probably either cheating on her or feeling unhappy that he is stuck with one woman that he had to settle for while wishing he could bang all the hot women from his porn collection. Are there any women that are actually happy with the man they committed to and plan on sticking for the long haul? Its time to grow up and stop blaming the opposite sex all the time for problems. I myself am glad to see couples. If you don't like it then you are jealous.

Men cheat more than women, that is completely out of the question, so there's no point in trying to make your gender look better than it is.

Its not about making my gender better its about an immature view of life. Its shouldn't be about who does it more its the fact that men and women do it. Bitterness skews reality and that not to better my gender but if you want to complain about cheating a start would be checking your own gender and their scarcity mindset when it comes to men in regards to having a LTR. Both genders need to check their own gender first before complaining about the opposite about your problems. 2

BetheButterfly Posted July 11, 2012 Posted July 11, 2012 Today I was on the boardwalk eating my lunch and I happened to notice a couples that were obviously very in love and you can tell it was real. It just made me feel so much better than I have been feeling lately. It seems that there is so much misery and animosity between men and women these days that when I see something like this it gives me hope and makes me want to get over my own crap so I can have that in my own relationship. I will schedule a date with my wife for tomorrow. I like your threads. They are interesting! Seeing happy couples makes me very happy, though when I was single, it hurt because I wanted to be part of a happy couple... I am grateful for my hubby!!! I absolutely love seeing elderly couples!!! My grandparents were an elderly couple before my Mamaw died of cancer (before their 50th wedding anniversary). I miss them so much!!! So, seeing elderly couples makes me happy and also brings a tinge of pain, remembering my awesome Mamaw. Hopefully, someday my husband and I will be an elderly couple holding hands as we walk along the beach...

While on vacation there was this really adorable young couple waiting in line infront of me to get onto a boat. He ran off and came back with some loose rope and tied it around her wrist and was hugging her and was being very protective of her. Then she said something and he ran off and got another piece of broken rope and tied it around his wrist. Young guy had some romantic skills. I had to tell them how cute they were together and I got to talking to them and they met at college and she came to spend a few weeks with him at home. She was very sweet and he appeared to be a good guy. 1

I don't agree with it but as long as they don't condone mistreatment because of sex then vent away. What gets me is when women condone and in some cases seem to enjoy men being mistreated. Dehumanizing the opposite sex in that manner to where their feelings mean nothing to you is the definition of a gender hater. Simply being fed up and failing to realize both genders are equally bad does not make somebody a gender hater. This might not make sense but it is a huge difference to me.
