blarg42 Posted July 9, 2012 Posted July 9, 2012 Hello everyone, I need some advice. So lets start from the beginning... So my ex and I started dating about a year and a half ago. We broke up about 3 months ago. About 3 weeks ago, I realized my roommate made me focus on the littlest things I didn't like about her and eventually drove me nuts and that really was the reason why we broke up. We broken up for about 3 months. Hung out a little bit in that time, but hardly at all. So I finally realized what my roommate did and I asked her back out. We dated everything was going fine. I wanted to take things slow and start over, but we just kind of happened to pick back up where we left off. During this time me and my roommates were getting kicked out of our place so I was trying to find a place to live, by myself. So during all this she tags along looking at apartments with me. So next thing I know she is moving in with me. I think her parents assumed she was going to move in with me, so she just kind of started thinking also. Remember we have only been dating like a half a week at this time. So everything is going good. We went on a date, we slept over by each others houses. We did a lot of different things together. It was like old times. Then on day 10. We break up, because she never got that spark back. So my questions are: 1. Do you thing she freaked because we were moving so fast? 2. Can you get the spark back in 10 days after being broken up for 3 months? 3. Should I ask her to just to try dating for a month and see if it comes back? 4. Or Should I just remain friends with her and keep her close and see if it does come back with us as friends? 5. Or should I just forget about it? If it is gone its gone for good. I have asked many friends and family, but they all told me different things. So this is the reason why I am here. Thank you for your time.

Most quick returns end again as the real issues that caused the end of the relationship are still there. 3. That's your call. But I wouldn't expect too much. What you need to ask for are the real reasons for the breakup if you are to ever have another shot. 4. You can try, but you might also be subject to seeing her all over someone else. 5. I'd go with just taking care of yourself right now. 1
