Everyone's body is different OP, give it a go, if it's too much you will know within a couple of weeks. I agree that it needs to be challenging enough

 

Also on soreness: it's because a lot of people - especially men! - don't stretch enough. Soreness is not an indication of how hard you train, it's an indication that you haven't been looking after your muscles well enough. If you stretch OP you will be able to recover faster and do more. Give it a go and experiment. Get to know the limits of your body, we are probably older than you are :p

 

:D thanks Emilia, actually you guys are right after I did it yesterday its actually is a hard work :D not during but now i feel abit soreness.. But I can do it twice a week.
