Sweett Posted July 7, 2012 Posted July 7, 2012 Does anyone place a lot of emphasis on what zodiac sign their potential mate is? Are some signs more compatible than others that anyone knows of? Last time I looked I was compatible with Libra, Aquarius, and Gemini. My ex was a Saggitarrius and we didn't get along so great but the zodiac websites say my sign could've worked with his but it would take lots of love and attention. In the end he though cheating was the best way. Not sure if I'd want another Sag man but at the same time maybe all Sag men are not like him...but from what I read maybe they are (overpowering was his big negative) and he didnt like to be questioned. Then some people label Geminis as crazy, Scorpios as awesome lovers etc. Not sure if I agree with these. I'm a Gemini and as long as I'm treated fairly and the communication is there I'm easy to get along with.

Snakechammah Posted July 8, 2012 Posted July 8, 2012 Well astrology is MORE than Sun Signs... there's moon (emotions), venus (how you behave in love), mars (your sex style), mercury (your communication style) and what nots... So compatiblity isn't just merely Sun signs (those leos, aquarius, taurus thingy in the horoscope section in magazines), there are more to discover, and can't be based on one factor. Check out CafeAstrology, Skyview Zone, Astrology-numerology websites for more info. For relationship stuff, do a synastry report for compatiblity guidance. It's a mine of resources in there! Nikki Sahagin Posted July 10, 2012 Posted July 10, 2012 I'm really into astrology coz I had a natal chart done once with a complete stranger and everything she said was spot on... she pinpointed my anxiety issues, my family well being, my relationship style, my career (writing and animals). It astonished me so I have total faith in it, but not newspaper style astrology. You need to know your sun sign, ascendant (rising sign) and moon sign, as well as your venus, mercury, mars etc for a full picture of your personality. 1
