It's so bad that sometimes I don't even know which woman is on the site because EVERY picture as the same two women in it or she only has 1 picture & someone else is in it. It's the Cheerleader Effect, as explained by Barney Stinson. When you see a group of women, they tend to be more attractive as part of that group, but when you take each individual woman in the group, you'll realize that none of them are attractive on their own. 2

Most women don't want a guy who is unemployed, deep in debt, or has unreliable, sketchy employment. I think it's also pretty normal for women who do not have children at home to want a guy who is also free to do the kinds of things she would like to do, such as traveling. A lot of people, both men and women, like to travel and see the world, and by that message, she's probably letting guys know that she's not looking for someone who is tied down with young children that doesn't have the freedom that she does to do what she likes to do. I think those two "requirements" are pretty normal for people who do OLD. I know my sister always had those two requirements on her profile. 2

Actually, as a man in this country, at this time, we are financially disadvantaged if you would care to check out who has lost the majority of jobs during this recession. They are not calling it a "mancession" for no reason. The idea that men have biological advantages to make them more financially secure is just retarded. Maybe in a zombie apocalypse, or 100 years ago, but UNFORTUNATELY, we live in a time where physical ability gets you very little in the way of financial gain, unless you are a pro athlete. I spend my life taking care of others (my child, all by myself),no thanks to any woman. Your post has absolutely no merit. Sorry to hear that you have to do woman's job to take care for kids. A woman can do it much better because she is biologically right for the job. To do the job you need to have estrogens in your system which are produced by the ovaries. A female knows the stuff(taking care for her kids) naturally and she enjoys to do that because it is her biological nature. A man has to turn his real nature off in many ways to do woman's job. Man's advantiges are not only physical they are emotional, intellectual, social. But, if you are taking care for a kid, you have no time for yourself and your own growth (as women do). 1

I think before the OLD boom, it was widely believed that men were after looks and nothing but looks, and females were more into personality and character traits, regardless of looks. With all these studies about OLD however, it's shown women can be just as shallow as men, if not more so, in some cases. I'm guessing the OP wants the complete opposite of the list he made: a dependant woman that hates her kids (well there was an article about a woman who got arrested for selling her kids), does nothing in life, is a drunkard, smokes everyday, only wants sex and likes getting mistreated. It's almost as if there are like 3 or 4 profile "templates", the woman selects one, fills in the blanks, and hits submit. I've also noticed suspicious, abnormal similarities in many women's pictures as well. Both things are likely true for many men's OLD accounts as well. Eventually you learn to recognize these patterns quickly and filter those people out. Many people of both genders on OLD either aren't really trying (i.e. little or no effort invested into it), or don't know who they are or what they want, or are just immature. There's also the profiles that are outright fake. The good catches in online dating are usually diamonds in the rough and, on the free sites in particular, you may need a microscope to find them. This isn't much different than the bar or club scene. 2

Affirmative action, anti-male hiring practices, and quotas, and a biased court system, have stripped away many men's ability to be all the things women demand of men, and misandry is rampant and accepted in our society. It doesn't matter if little boys can go to college,so we'll make it harder for them and easier for women and even though women's college sports are virtually unwatched, on TV by anyone outside the state of Tennessee, they will take from the boys and give to the girls. Guys like YOU are why our country is going to hell. Guys with white knight syndrome don't get laid, they just make **** worse for all of us. The government is full of guys who enable misandry and feminazi ideals, but at least they get money for selling out, what's your excuse?
