Metal_Muffin Posted July 5, 2012 Posted July 5, 2012 Hello, I don't know if anyone can help but my partners sulking is driving me mental. Currently he slumped up to our bedroom nearly 4 hours ago! All over the fact he couldn't cook a pasta bake!! I took a drink up and even tried to say sorry but nothing! He's not eaten or anything and his persistence in his sulking drives me god damn crazy! I'm acting normal, I'm not giving into him again as I think the only one now suffering and feeling like a tool is him BUT has anyone go any advice??? Ta! Xxx
Enema Posted July 6, 2012 Posted July 6, 2012 I took a drink up and even tried to say sorry but nothing! You are teaching him that sulking gets a reaction, attention and gives him power. Next time he sulks, act like you're having a great time on your own and nothing at all is bothering you. Do that a few times and he'll learn that all sulking does it lets you have a good time without him.
