well, very highly level of sexiness ad beauty is what sales. people are considered abut good looks, clothes,smell good,and sex. as for education, its good for the money, but only 17% of the Us population has a bachelors degree and only 7% a master degree. they are very small share of the population. the cute girls and men get all the attention and those with educated are hated because they are doing so well. I have been to Seattle, Boston, San Francisco, and Manhattan new york where on average 40% of the population have a bachelors degree only and 30% have a masters degree. In these places, education attainment does not guarantee access to the best jobs and of curse most attractive mates. In addition, the lower class of UN-eductated FOLKS WHICH TEND T BE BLACK MORE OFTEN THAN NOT ARE LEFT OUT, EXCLUDED, SEGREGATED, AND LIVE IN THE ROUGH NEIGHBORHOODS. When they get education, they are not allowed to have a chance and the dates often go for as much money as they suck out pf them, then dump when they are back on the bottom. there is dating rush here in these places where the power group intends to regain control of oppressed groups that are started to get education and job skills that make it harder to suppress them. if they can't, they tear everything up and turn all the ones of the bottom against them.

 

In Seattle, only 8% of the population is black and their education level is much lower than the whites. They live in scums or other low area income of town. the crime, poverty, and social ills is very high. many are being pushed out of the city by strict zoning and business development codes.

 

 

In Boston, abut 22% of the population is black. education and job skills way behind whites. cost of living is very high and many blacks are single, struggling, UN-married, never been married, and don't want to be married. when educated blacks try to come in, they are envied. In San Francisco, blacks were 14% of the population in 1970 and are only 6% now. extensive racism, discrimination, and other policies have pushed blacks out of san Francisco. Everybody avoids blacks here and dating, kids, marriage, education opportunities,and all likes for blacks are non-existent. they are being forced out of the city at an alarming rate.

another major issue with sexy and attractive is external vs internal. many of the very good mates have nice bodies, hair, face and smiles, and body features, but internally, they may suffer from high stress and anxiety, low self esteem, childhood abuses, the need to have higher income and self sufficiency, and stability. people with education think they know it all and talk too much. you can't tell them nothing and they will out-talk you or think they can have anything they want

its amazing how many black women for example are willing to date thugs. these black men are high on drugs, have no education or good jobs, listen to loud music and is gangsta. They tend to be violent, abusive, aggressive, and not able to be changed. They have babies with these black thus and then are left single parent. These kids have nobody to love and date them. When the educated and professional black men come around, they envy and get jealous of them. They then have to date outside their race. Anyways, 70% of black women are single and 70% of all black kids are single parent. 47% of black women have never been married and only 30% are currently married. About 65% of all black marriages fall apart in 10 years or less. The education attainment is low with only 11% all blacks aged 18 and over possessing a bachelors degree and only 4.3% a masters degree.

 

As for sexy and attractiveness, its much more difficult to sustain in the pat. All the junk and fast food chains along with insufficient diet and exercise means these good looking bodies don't last long and can quickly become overweight. The internal health can also be prone to many health diseases and when its discovered, the dating and relationship take a downturn. Also, the sex and love wanes and in cities where a larger share of population is sexy and attractive, the competition to keep mates longer term is more difficult and there is a higher chance for cheating and infidelity.

 

As for educated mates, the once high paying jobs are laying off, being outsourced, or closing down. The cost of labor is too high and they are not generating the profit. In addition, more jobs are being outsourced because of more opportunities and higher economic growth rates. Thus, education does not necessarily mean sudden upward mobility and sustain high income. Once these mates lose their jobs, their mate leave and dump them. It becomes too centered on money and once its gone, so is the relationship.
