longlegzs80 Posted July 6, 2004 Posted July 6, 2004 I just don't understand. I seem to try on my clothes and they fit tight on me when only a week or so ago they weren't as tight. Now, I don't think I eat bad, and I do go walking and go to the gym every once in awhile, but I am wondering how can I keep the pounds off for good?

All they hype about low carb is you need to burn the carb calories that you eat, otherwise carb will turn into fat. If you want to loose weight, eat less calories then you burn....or burn more calories then you eat.......bottom line.
