How do you feel when you listen to them? What thoughts run through your head?

 

If you get nada, then it suggests they mean nothing to you.

When i listen to the first one its like she is second guessing her choice for moving on i could be wrong and that she is alittle depressed.The Second one just throws alot of stuff in my head like why what did i do why so fast.

I did the "song exchange" messages with my LTR ex. We're still broken up.

 

I don't know the full story, but I'd imagine there was a good reason why you two aren't together anymore. Even if the reason wasn't "good," it still doesn't change the fact that you're not together anymore.

 

Any contact after that tend to be just breadcrumbs due to the difficulty of breaking off contact with someone you've been emotionally bonded to for however long.

 

You can either keep playing the songs because they speak to you. Or not. However, you may find that when your mood changes, you'll probably want to listen to something else.

have you considered asking your ex what his intention was for sending them? bc that's who can tell you "what it means".
