monkey00 Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 So I've been on 3 dates with this girl from OLD (strangely she's on daily still, maybe checking her bombardment of messages). But given the signs I've seen since going out with her every time I think she's really into me. The day after our last date, she texted me that she wants to play with my cat. However, the catch is that the cat is at my parent's house. I don't know if she thought the cat was at my place. So I set up a 4th date to do something around the area I live, and she quickly agreed. And I mentioned that she might be able to play with my cat. Anyway I'm a little confused as to whether she wants to come up to my parent's place and meet them or if she wanted to come to my apartment and get intimate? If it's the latter I don't want to do anything by getting too physical and possibly scare her off. I definitely don't want to come off as a liar either and will clarify for her again that it's at my parent's place but also don't want to scare her by meeting my parents so soon. Or she wants to meet my parents? Maybe I should not bring up the cat at all and proceed with the date and see if she wants to come up? Ack I'm kind of a bit at crossroads here...

I highly doubt she wants to meet your parents so early so ask for clarification. If you don't feel comfortable sleeping with her so soon - ler her now that and avoid bringing her to your place.

mortensorchid Posted July 2, 2012 Posted July 2, 2012 Make sure you tell her that the cat is at your parents' house not with you. Perhaps she does not know that the cat lives with them and not you. I for one would not want to meet a new squeeze's parents on date #4.

(Btw, I just met this chick. she was showing me pics of her puppy. I think I will ask her if I could play with her puppy.....thanks for a good idea lol) Bottom line, you are getting picked up here.
