I'm not comfortable saying either are "wrong" really. Other people's sex lives are their business. But in one situation, two people both want to have sex based on sex, and in another situation, one person wants sex and the other person wants money, and they find an exchange. 1

I don't think it is sooo wrong that a single man uses a prostitute. It is better than lying to some woman about untrue feelings just to get sex. 1
