I'm actually thinking of writing a letter to her in my diary and never never sending it, I don't know her address anyway, and it would probably just retort to my forum signature anyway. But I want her to know(or me) that this isn't all of my fault. I'm just curious if anyone thinks this is healthy.

Lastly does anyone know any coping songs. Somewhere I Belong by Linkin Park connects to me, and so does My Darkest Hour by Megadeth when I feel annoyed with her. Feelings are always mixed about her. So I need things for all moods. Btw I listen to all kinds of music.

Writing a letter is fine only if beforehand you are 100% certain that you are just doing it for yourself and that you aren't going to end up wanting to send it. For some people it helps to get it out on paper. Nothing unhealthy about it.

Writing as-to-her deffo helps. I have some drafts on computer where I attempted, but usually I sit clueless as to what to write. I write the start and then I run out or calm down or am puzzled. So its really not easy to put it in words. And you will notice what you write will change with time. Write and revisit what you wrote, does it sound good, complete, appropriate, etc...
