I started today an it looks pretty good! It´s a whole free channel with a 90 day fitness program which can kick your butt.

Looking forward to comments from people who have tried it!

terrible 'jogging' style, the 'instructor' chick is pidgeon-toed?; no idea how to do star jumps (arms should be straight and touch on the top), awful co-ordination, terrible posture throughout, lame stuff like single squad thrusts, the least bouncy burpees I have seen for a long time

 

I'd say these guys spend a lot of time body building but not much else

 

The concept itself appears to be positioned between aerobics and circuit training, hardly new. You can't get really fit and strong on aerobic workouts alone. The weights are too light and there is no anaerobic component.

 

Other than that, great ;)
