I want everyone on here to remember that if you're brave enough to share your problems with complete strangers then you have what it takes to get through whatever struggle you find yourself facing.

Keep sharing your stories, supporting one another and stay on top of the fight. I hope to stay on here and help support you all long after my own battle is won.

No one is alone here :) much love!

Aww,

Thank you very much :3

It's funny that helping others with their relationship problems is actually helping me. Telling strangers these things is easy, no one knows who I am. If my mates found out that I was posting on a forum like this, I'd never here the end of it! ;)

Where is everyone from anyway?

I know what you mean haha. It's funny how we can be so good at giving others advice but when it comes to ourselves we can't seem to take our own.

I'm from Adelaide SA. Where in aust r u

Haha I know right! Advice is easy to give but hard to take.

I'm from Melbourne. How'd you know I was Australian?

It's weird really. I remember as soon as my heart broke I told myself "just do what you tell all your mates to do, they all say you give good advice" but did it help? Course not haha.

It is a good site, and thanks. Best wishes to you too xx

Ahh right, my over use of the word 'mate' might have also contributed!

Motorsports....damn doesn't look like we can be friends after all. :p

I'm 22, and not enjoying winter either...it's majorly depressing down here.

LOL I had to come talk to complete strangers to keep my friends from killing themselves every time they saw me coming! Okay that's only somewhat true, I do have some amazing friends who held my hand for much longer than any sane person should have after my last breakup. That's when it's nice you have this place, because we all never get tired of the stories, because we are all living the same story. Find strength in others seeking to find strength.

Well said mate :) I only had a few select friends I went to with my problems, I didnt want my whole social group jibber jabbing about it. Theres a lot of loud mouths and gossipers nowdays haha. But it was unfortunate for my close friends because they had to cop all of it haha.

Good to see another weightlifter on here by the way.

You know what I like about this thread, You, BB7 and myself prove that not all Footy players, jocks and body builders / weight lifters are arrogant big headed wankers. :)

Yes exactly why I don't run with the meathead crowd that all hangs out at the gym, then the bars on the weekends. I do get comments on occasion that I look like a meathead, but don't act anything like one... One day I broke it down perfect for a person I was having conversation with, and actually kinda shook my own head as I articulated my own passion like I hadn't ever before. Basically I told the person that to me, bodybuilding was just another sport that I love. I love softball, I try to be best softball player I can be. I love volleyball, I try to be the most competitive I can be. It's the same with bodybuilding, it's a sport, and I want to be my best at it, but it's just a sport. Softball doesn't define me as a person, how silly would that be. Same holds true for bodybuilding.

Yeah that too haha.

Nothing wrong with motor racing haha  Im not a fan of the v8 supercars for the record. Dont like fords or holdens.. Im into WRC, heaps more exciting ;)

Winter is **** because its cold and everyone wants cuddles. And no sunlight means no vitamin D which means we get more depressed and less energetic. Yay winter!

They have more crashes yeah? That's all I wait for when I'm watching the v8's.

Yeah pretty over it, at least it doesn't snow here!

Lol at the stereotype of a footballer/jock/gym junkie...I get it when we are out somewhere in the city, it becomes a real gang mentality because of the sheer number of our group.

I guess we are the more sensitive type though.

Yeah haha well Rally is mostly all through forests, up mountains and through towns. So when they go off they usually roll 40 times and shoot 15 feet up into the air. That or crash through some poor blokes house next to the track and end up in their living room.

Yeah, no one expects to be able to have an in depth conversation with me when they meet me haha.

Nothing wrong with being the sensitive type.
