loveisabitc Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 I whant to know how to control emotions, so in one second I dont feel fine and in another I,m feeling like sh** .... anything could help, meditation etc. give me some advise
MooBear Posted June 24, 2012 Posted June 24, 2012 Regular exercise and healthy foods can improve your general well being which will help with mood swings. Yoga is good for calming the mind. Herbal supplement St Johns Wort is good for reducing symptoms of depression and anxiety. Making sure you get enough sleep every night is a big one. Avoid drugs and alcohol and excess caffeine. Um...that's all I can think of off the top of my head! When my moods were out of control, I cut out fried foods and caffeine, and ate better and it worked. Google foods for a good mood and there will be a few sites that have lists of food that make you happy
