bbq2112 Posted July 1, 2004 Posted July 1, 2004 I post a msg few days ago about a guy I met in a club...I am still feeling very strong about him although we've only met once! I don't know what's wrong with me...here are some questions... I have phone him 2 or 3 times this week and everytime we had a great conversation, yet I don't understand why everytime he always tell me to call him but he never call me....He is like he likes to talk to me and tell me to call him whenever I feel like it....and when i asked him when he has time to come out he said he's not sure becuz his schedule is not so fix....and again he told me to call to confirm...if he doesn't want to have anything to do with me he could just not talk to me yet he seem really nice over the phone! I already knew that he's not looking for a relationship... 1) What does it mean when a guy keep on telling the girl to call yet he doesn't call? But they do talk a long time on the phone 2) Any ways of stopping myself going obsesse with him? 3) Any suggestion of what I should do with this situation? Should I really call him again tomorrow to confirm if he can come out? or should I wait for him to call?

I think if it were me and he told me to call him to confirm his plans, I would have told him that "I'm going to be at ________ on _________ night, I would really like to see you and hang out. I know you've said your schedule isn't certain but if you would like to come then I will see you there, or if you cannot make it then CALL ME and we can maybe make plans for another time." I think you're obsessing over what you imagine he could be~ just keep in mind he isn't a superhero and that you are an awesome person who is more than capable of meeting someone else who DOES want to invest a few moments and CALL YOU on occasion;) Good Luck

I have a strong feeling that he will just let you continue to chase him. When he finally does have the time, he will most likely be thinking "This girl is very desperate for me, and is right where I want her.", and may tend to have his way with you. Oddly enough, if you let that happen, you will probably keep crawling back for even more. Please don't let that sort of thing happen. You know he does not want a relationship. It appears, however, that you yourself want to pursue something more with this guy.
