ihateslowjams Posted June 19, 2012 Posted June 19, 2012 i just remembered my ex gf is still on my cell phone plan (break up just occurred 2 weeks ago). Her contract ends in august, which is on her birthday -_- we talked about her doing the work to remove herself off of it. however, at the moment, I'm still paying the cell phone bill -_- sooooooo how do i go about this guys? i don't mind paying the cell phone bill until then because id rather stick to NC then save the money. But come august and if she still doesn't remove herself, how do i go about it?
Philosoraptor Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 If it's your plan and you want to be done with it you can give them a call and check your options. Drop her, she can get a new plan.
carhill Posted June 20, 2012 Posted June 20, 2012 But come august and if she still doesn't remove herself, how do i go about it? Just suspend service on that phone and end the sharing. This is easy if you're the account manager. My exW and I did it by agreement, and she racked up a few hefty cell bills while we were separated, which she paid once I brought them to her attention. She knew what would happen if she didn't (The divorce settlement would have been in jeopardy from my volatile nature ) Be watchful for the latter (abuse of the account) if you don't terminate service immediately.
