I really have this obsession with stalking my exes twitter even though I know it only makes me feel worse? How can I stop doing this

are your ex's tweets protected? If so...click un follow I know it seems hard, but you have to do it. I just did after months of torturing myself and honestly what you don't know can't hurt you
