Too long without sex? I feel like there is something wrong with me.

Ok so here is the deal. I've been single for about a year and a half now and haven't had sex for over a year. Hell I haven't even kissed anyone in over a year. I'm starting to feel like there is something wrong with me.

 

Is a year extremely long to go without sex for a 20 year old male? It is not like I haven't had opportunities to pursue relationships with women. The women that seem to be interested in me are not very good for myself and the women that seem to be be interested in me and myself interested back seem not to pan out. I'm having a hard time meeting decent people as of late. Has anyone ever been in a similar situation before?

I would say it's not out of the ordinary to go a year without having sex, especially if you only have sex with girls you are in a relationship with. I associate sex with relationships. Having sex with random people is very risky. Waiting for the right person is a good idea. I have gone without sex between relationships for over a year also. I don't think there is anything wrong with that, you just haven't met the right person yet. I'm sure you will find someone soon.
