Ex and I broke up a month ago. I defriended him from FB because I didnt want to see posts about him and new gf. He has put pics of them up as "Public" view for my benefit Im sure. Now cryptic messages, not bad ones, are being directed at me on his wall. He has made all these "pub;ic" view as well. What gives with this behavior all of a sudden. Im wondering if its a grass is not greener on the other side scenerio....

Stop looking and it won't bother you at all. You are doing this to yourself by paying attention.

Just hit the delete button on facebook and you'll save yourself a lot of stress and heartache.

Who knows? What if they are cryptic messages? If/when he wants you back, he will let you know straight up. You won't have to decipher mysterious messages. The worst thing you could do would be to ask him.

Block him. Do you feel better by checking his facebook? You unfriended him so you wouldn't have to see his posts anymore. Why do you then go to his fb to look at his posts that you say you don't want to see? I may be wrong but if you unfriend someone their public posts don't appear on your wall any longer.

Ya, put this stuff on "ignore". Not worth the energy, it is wasting your valuable time OP. Delete and block if it bothers you at all. You deserve peace and if they dont understand, F them... it's over, no need to put their "status" above your own.

So much crap on FB... gross, really. Had a close friend have to "deactivate" his account cuz he was being brutalized by a "so-called" ex friend/partner. Some folks stop at nothing to humiliate and hurt others. Disgusting.

Ultimately, it really helped me to get over the small stuff (not to minimize), like Fakebook bull**** by visualizing my life in an hourglass... once tipped, the clock is running.
