Question for the ladies – if you dump someone and then moveon to another guy, do you ever catch yourself thinking about your ex whilehaving sex with the new guy? Personally, I was so deeply in love with my (now ex) boyfriend that I never gave the ex I left him for a thought, certainly not in bed. I did feel for him though, as I knew how difficult he found the fact I was with someone else. I certainly would never have had vindictive and cruel thoughts about him, just feelings of sorrow and hopes that he would be happy in the future with someone who could give him the warmth and love he craved, but didn't get, from me.

 

Then karma came and bit me on the arse and the man I loved more than life itself dumped me and replaced me.

If you're not over someone you are going to think about the ex a lot. When it happens though is anyone's guess.

If you're emotionally detached and over the person, dumpee or dumper, or at least in my view, you wouldn't be thinking of the ex in any capacity because you will be fully intoxicated by the one your are riding.

Maybe I am a fuddy dud but I was devastated at the thought of my ex with other women, especially after seeing one ride him in person.

I personally have never thought about an ex while having sex with another. I suppose for me it's an "all in the moment" thing with my current partner. If I'm not in the moment with them, then I don't really want to do it in the first place.

 

Also, I dont think there is anything wrong with fantasizing about the person you love being pleasured... even if it is by another. To each their own, sexuality is one of life's greatest gifts.

Hell to the no...My ex would have NO place in my thoughts if I am with a wonderful new fellow and being intimate. When I am intimate with someone, my mind and heart are with him completely.

This is why I'm staying out of relationships. I don't want to think about my ex when I'm with someone else. It's been almost a year and I still have a very long way to go.
