Tease him a bit - I don't mean in a sexual way but a banter kind of way. But honestly, if he can see a picture of you and he's not flirting, he's probably not interested. If a guy is interested, he'll come looking for you. You won't need to persuade him. Just be yourself, friendly but not too friendly, and have fun when chatting, then see what happens.
