PSG Posted May 25, 2012 Share Posted May 25, 2012 I haven't posted in a long time. Basic story is we broke up in Oct 2010 and have remained friends. He is seeing someone else and I am not but this isn't something we ever talk about. All in all it has worked out okay and we talk several times a week and often go for dinner etc. So this week....he gets sick ends up in the ER where I spend the whole day with him. Nothing serious and brought him home and all was well. The next day was my birthday. He did send me several emails as well as a very generous gift card to a favorite store and asked to take me for a bday dinner next week. This is all nice/good but I am just so sad that he didn't actually pick up the phone and call me on my bday. Haven't feel like this in a long time. UGH.
