capitald Posted June 26, 2004 Posted June 26, 2004 What is really plaguing our relationships? All this talk about too much communication. Could it be that in todays day and age we are over-communicating? Do we need more time for breathing and meditating? Do we need more time for thinking philosophically rather than merely talking political gossip? Do we need to say how we feel instead of trying to analyze our situation? How much bs are you full of when you finally realize its all rhetoric. Stop and breath for once... ask yourself the question... do you love him? then continue on...
StartingAgain Posted June 26, 2004 Posted June 26, 2004 We talk *at* one another, not *to*, and only hear ourselves. We talk and talk and call it communication. But it's pointless unless we close our mouths and listen carefully to our mate. Women feel everything, but discount what they know. Men rationalize and analyze, but don't pay attention to how they feel. We have alot to learn from one another if we could only shut up and listen.
