It's called SEO and it has a purpose, not for our benefit of the benefit of LS, but... there's nothing you can do but ask mods to remove the link, that will destroy the SEO work (which we don't care about) AND will prevent them from coming back since their links get smashed. Whoever posted it is an amateur, his link also doesn't work which cuts off greatly from the effect desired.
