Other old people with piercings are going to say "I see you were an idiot like me when you were younger too." Unless someone got very large stretches in their piercings, then jewelry comes right out of the hole and the skin looks just fine. My grandmother has regular pierced ears and shes 75...based on your logic she should have super droopy and crapped up ears. Look up pictures of old people with facial piercings removed. They look like every one else out there. Either way, the stupid argument against tattoos and piercings that says "itll look bad when youre old" is just silly. Who the hell is going to care how their tattoos and pierced skin looks to everyone else when they are elderly? I wont care...i enjoy my tats and my few piercings. Everyone ages, so nothing is going to look super freaking awesome at 80. Itll look different than it did at 25, but it wont look horrible if its run of the mill tats and piercings. Just look at indian women. Plenty of older indian women have nose piercings. Its a cultural thing and looks very good in my opinion. You gonna tell me those ladies look horrible and the tiny hole ruined thier skin?
kaylan Posted May 23, 2012 Posted May 23, 2012 Piercings in general, save for the ears (and the lobes not the cartilage) aren't attractive on men or women. I never had an urge to get anything pierced, and younger friends who have gotten them said that they got something on their face pierced and they said they looked like hookers. I have to admit, I agree. Meh. Haters gon' hate. Piercings and tattoos are super common nowadays and I find most chicks dig em, so eh...no biggie. I dont have much myself though. An eyebrow ring, a lip ring I never wear really anymore, and Ive stretched my ears a few sizes. Nothing huge though as I can take them out and no one could really tell I have stretches unless they really examined my ears.
