PLEASE READ::I'm Moving back to same town as ex, i wanna be with him again

Hi,

My boyfriend of 2.5 years broke up with me nine months ago. I was doing alright for a while. I was dating other guys but it wasn't until a few months ago I started realizing how much I stil loved him and how much I want him back. We broke up because we were having a geographically long distance relationship and it was just too much. He told me before we broke up that when I ge tback there then we could be together again. Well, in about a month I will be moving back to the same town as him. The twist is that he has been dating my former friend for about 8 months, we both didn't think the situation would turn out liek this. She is supposedly going to stay with him the whole summer then moving away to another city. I don't know what their situation is or if they still plan on being together, all i know is that I want to see him when I go back, but I more than anything want to be with him again. Is there any advice you can give to help me with this? Should I maybe call him...

Honestly I don't think you should bother him, if he has been dating a girl for 8 months, I don't think you should mess it up. If you call him he might second guess his relationship with the girl and possibly ruin everything. Then he might not want to be with you and then you would all be sad.

I know you still really care about him, but don't go trying to break up his relationship with someone else. He might really really care about her. If he's meant to be with you, let him come to you, not you steal him away from someone else. But don't wait around on him forever, get on with your life and see where it takes you.

but who is to say that he doesn't want to be with me just because he hasn't called. I want to be with him and I haven't called. Plus, the girl he is with now was one of my former best feriends, she was suppose to be getting me and my ex abck together but instead she started dating him. so its karma, what comes around goes around. I think that maybe when he sees me again he may want to be with me so why not give it a shot, right? If im there and he has to second guess his relationship with her, then maybe their relationship wasn't that strong to begin with.
