simpsonic Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 I was out with friends last night and ran into him. He quickly said hello before walking over to his friends. He looked as cute as ever. :/ I actually saw him previously at a 5k I volunteered at a few weeks ago, but I maintained strict NC between those times and have focused on myself. So technically NC has now been broken, and my feelings from him have started up all over again. I actually had a dream that we had gotten back together, which made me miss him even more. Ugh.
daisydukes Posted May 21, 2012 Posted May 21, 2012 I can only imagine how terrible that must be especially being in strict NC after all this time.I was in your position once and it I ran into a ex I dated 3 years ago hadn't spoken to him in 3 years and it was awkward to say the least I said some hellos and it was quick and friendly and when I got home I had these old feelings all over again and it's okay to go back into time and remember those good times but that was then this is now and I actually thought about tracking him down on Myspace ( back when it was big) and somehow finding him but then I realized it's over..... Here's what I am saying to you try and not let those feelings get to you...... I know it was tough seeing him and I know it brought alot of old memories but try and not break contact. I mean I know you broke contact by saying hello but don't call him up or e-mail him or facebook him etc,etc,etc....
