Heart Of A Lion Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 Yeah, she said she was. She lied about sleeping with her exs' because her real first sexual experiences were abuse. I dont like the fact that she lied to me, but hell it was obviously hard to tell the truth about that. Well that changes the situation then of course.
Author JaySonM Posted May 19, 2012 Author Posted May 19, 2012 Wtf is a monogmous haha, it means being with only one person. Hence, "Mono"
Els Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 dasin describes a certain type of attention seeking woman perfectly. These type(and there are lots of them) positively compete who can garner the most sympathy from their bull**** tales of woe.....Ive lots of experience ,I married one of them. My first thought was, "How did you and dasein manage to find these women, assuming they actually exist and aren't a figment of your imagination that sees spooky feminists in every corner? Women who think so lightly of genuine abuse, care nothing for its sufferers, and only think about what the drama they create can do for their own selfish selves.. when no one else has had multiple encounters with them?" My second thought was, "Birds of a feather flock together."
Quiet Storm Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 My first thought was, "How did you and dasein manage to find these women, assuming they actually exist and aren't a figment of your imagination that sees spooky feminists in every corner? Women who think so lightly of genuine abuse, care nothing for its sufferers, and only think about what the drama they create can do for their own selfish selves.. when no one else has had multiple encounters with them?" My second thought was, "Birds of a feather flock together." Many women with Borderline Personality Disorder are childhood sexual abuse victims. Lying and constant drama are hallmarks of this disorder. They do seek attention and they do lie, but the abuse is what caused that. Had they not been sexually abused, their emotional maturity would have progressed normally. The abuse halts that emotional maturation and they are very immature and dramatic. My sister is a childhood rape victim and has BPD. As a teenager, she lied about everything. She did crazy things and caused all kinds of drama to get attention. This is hard for me to write this about my family. Years later, after intense therapy, she admitted to my parents that our grandfather raped her. At first I did not believe her, because of the constant lies. I thought she was just telling another story to get attention. Also, my grandfather had access to me and did not abuse me, so I was suspicious about that. However, once this came out, two of my other female cousins said he had raped them. All three had the same story. He showed them porn magazines of people having sex and said "Kids can do this, too. It's fun". He would give them some kind of red medicine syrup (we suspect benadryl) before doing it. He told them if they said anything it would "break your mother's heart and your dad would kill me and be in jail forever". Both of my cousins also had the same background of lying and attention seeking behavior. Abusers choose their victims wisely. All three were shy, quiet types. He left me and my other cousins alone because we were outspoken & bossy, and more likely to tell. Emotionally healthy and mature women don't compulsively lie or create drama. Those are signs that something is wrong. Often, that something is a mental illness stemming from childhood abuse. These women may be liars and totally untrustworthy, but they didn't start out that way. The abuse changed them into that.
FitChick Posted May 19, 2012 Posted May 19, 2012 He showed them porn magazines of people having sex and said "Kids can do this, too. It's fun". Because kids have easy access to porn now, I wonder if the figures for child abuse have gone up. It certainly seems there are more arrests of pedophiles and men attempting to molest kids rather more brazenly. Unless it is just reported more than in the past.
