Princess71 Posted May 15, 2012 Posted May 15, 2012 Guys, would you feel uncomfortable remaining friends with a girl that admitted they had feelings for you for which you did not reciprocate? Do you think you would end the friendship?? Granted, most guys say they wouldn't be friends with a girl if he wasn't interested in her, but let's ignore that fact for argument's sake right now and assume there was no ulterior motive on your part for the friendship.

It would only be uncomfortable if said girl had already invested much emotional attachment to those feelings. If she accepts it for what it is and doesn't let it affect her, then it's all good. Other wise, it can be difficult.
somedude81 Posted May 15, 2012 Posted May 15, 2012 I would end the friendship. I've been on the wanting more side too many times and there is no way I can do that to somebody else. I'd sit down and talk with her, explain why we can't be friends and tell her that it's not going to work. If at that point she insists on trying to contact me, I'd tell her to stop, then eventually start ignoring her if she persists.
