When you are trying to do something and the men push you aside to help the 'little woman'. That's a mild form of it. Why do you think that? And which 'paternal society' are you talking about here? ^^ Again, on the whole, your perception does not match the behaviour of Muslim men and women I have witnessed. OP, no it's not that I would think that you are a terrorist, it's that I have no desire to date a man who has overtly paternalistic views, that's all.
