NothingButLove Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 My boyfriend didn't want to create his own username so he asked me to post this for him. His POV: My girlfriend and I saw that there was a concert that I was excited about on Saturday, I have wanted to see this group play since I was 13.... we saw it while walking around downtown about a week ago. $40 per person... I can't afford it. So we decided not to go. She just purchased a ticket for herself and is going with her two girlfriends. Should I be pissed?
wow04 Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 You say we decided not to go.... Was it ever discussed that she would go with her friends?
veggirl Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 Yeah pretty screwy of her. She couldn't lend you the money?
Author NothingButLove Posted May 11, 2012 Author Posted May 11, 2012 You say we decided not to go.... Was it ever discussed that she would go with her friends? No, I decided to go when some friends of mine texted me about it. He can afford the ticket now but he never brought it up again and I forgot about it until recently.

In this case then, well...okay I'm trying to picture this. My BF is dying to go see band X perform and has wanted to for YEARS. I know this. My friend calls and says I should go with her. I forget this is the band my BF has been dying to see? Huh.
wow04 Posted May 11, 2012 Posted May 11, 2012 In my opinion it was wrong of the GF to buy the ticket without even thinking of the BF
