i believe there has been significant research that strongly indicates, if not proves, that watching a lot of porn can be addictive and can actually alter some neural pathways in the brain.

 

Sex and what we respond to sexually is coming from a very primal place and it's not always controllable by our intellect, like we are able to realize that we can't kill people with our lazar eye beams. I mean, we will "realize" that it's fake, but our responses will still happen and sometimes they carry over into our real life interactions (or lack thereof) with live people.

 

 

I'm not "against" porn. At all. I think people should be aware of exactly what it is and that it might be impacting their lives in ways they are not conscious of.
