Do you think this guy is interested? If so, what do I do now!?

We've been texting a lot more often. The other night he texted me for like an hour, we sent about 40 texts throughout that time. When we text we are flirty/joking/tease eachother.

 

In person, he jokes with me, teases me, sometimes his voice will get soft and gentler when it is just the two of us. Otherwise, it is his normal, goofy self when others are around. We work together and he always asks me to go on break with me. Also, I have noticed he gives me these looks while either he or I are walking by. Idk how to describe it, but it's kinda like he stares at me a bit longer than he would another person. A long look -- maybe that's what I'll call it? lol Sometimes his eyebrows will raise and he'll smile or something like that

 

I am pretty sure I have given him hints that I like him by flirting back, so since he hasn't backed off or tried to avoid me-- he must have some interest in me, right? How do I proceed? Be more forward while flirting?

You said you were already flirting with him so I don't understand why you would ask about flirting. My suggestion would be to ramp up the flirting. Something like "Well you aren't afraid to flirt but are you afraid to ask a girl out". I'd take that as a ask me out already!!!
