I was just wondering if anyone knew any exercises or things that you can do to keep your upper half "perky."

Sorry I couldn't help it ;)

chest presses, push ups, pull ups,

Are you losing weight and things arn't so Perky or is gravity taking it's toll?

I recently lost 10 pounds. Not that I'm overweight or anything, I just started eating better and nothing is really sagging either. Just asking as a precaution for the future!

Another thing is that my girlfriends wear bras 24/7. They even sleep in them b/c they claim it prevents sagging. Can this be true?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! I never, ever take my bra off, when i sleep or anything. I wear it 24/7 too and mine are sagging. AND I'M ONLY 20!!! I went for a breast lift consultation and it costs $3,500 to get one ( a little steep). And if you do find a way to keep them perky...LET ME KNOW!!!!. Thanx!

It only gets worse, just wait until you have kids. And breastfeeding, that really makes 'em sag.

well take a look at your mother and grandmother....a huge factor is genetics. i was never blessed with uppies...what a downer!

If you do any type of lifting, I know that chest presses that focus on the upper chest (incline bench, incline dumbell press) can make a woman's bust seem fuller, and more perky.

An aunt told me once: If you've got breasts, they will eventually sag. Give it time. I would never alter anything about me but I'd consider a lift.

Bench press? Who, what? Details please :p
