So I guess I am thinking when a man encounters a woman like this, why do they stay with women like this? I was always under the impression that men do not like it when women are shrewish and demanding.

 

These specific women you are talking about are miserable human beings and they have a life that reflects it.

 

These type of women are very easy to spot and any man that has half a brain would stir clear of them.

 

You see a lot of the unhealthy, desperate, needy, superficial, etc male posters here. If these women are / were attractive, there is always a chump somewhere with a "Captain Save a Ho" complex that will gladly take the abuse and torture these women would bring to their lives.

 

It's no different than females dating / marrying the male version of these women.

Right here in the thread, most via sarcasm, a few by lecture, and one of the nastiest, most insulting posts I've ever seen on this forum, "liked" by posters who should know better.

 

Not much advice to OP on how to move past or temper this questionable attitude though, despite that's what she was obviously asking for because she plainly knows it's a questionable attitude, nope just reaction and hostility for OP. Well, I tried anyway, as did a couple of other posters.

I think placard waving means "others who exercise that right to free speech which, as any sane and sensible person should appreciate, should only apply to me".

I have a similar story. Earlier this evening I went to the 7-11 to buy some Skittles. When I went to stand in line, the very drunk guy ahead of me suddenly turned around and said to me, "Don't stand back here. I have really bad gas." And then he made this weird circular arm movement behind him. I didn't know what the fck. Was this a cold approach? Wtf is he talking about? Anyway, I just took his advice and stood a good ten feet away. As he was searching his pockets for change to pay for his tall can, I smelled what can only be described as a dead opossum dangling from the dude's unwashed rectum. It was really gross and I was offended that he basically forced me to smell the contents of his putrid bowels when all I wanted to do was eat some fcking Skittles.

 

So what this tells me is that all men like to make gross farts in the presence of strangers who only want to eat delicious candy.

I guess I was thinking "how come some people get what they want when they demand for it and it ends up in such a disaster"? THese two women I sighted in my examples were demanding and greedy and self centered. The first had her marriage end in divorce after seven years, the second is actually morbidly obese these days. Both have had friendships end after they lashed out at others, so obviously their love lives are not the only disasters and mistakes they have made. They are extreme examples of parasitics, in that they both demanded out of the men in their lives that they were to be taken care of. Now neither has anything.

because those men were desperate just like those women were.

 

you see them on this forum all the time, younger inexperienced men who completely disregard advice given to them and then wind up failing with whatever women they're after over and over again. those guys are prime targets for the women you're talking about.

 

the fact is it's hard to find normal people you're attracted to. you have to sort through a lot of terrible people to find them. not everyone has the willpower to do that.
