Dating drought

Hi all,

 

Just wanted to some dating advice really. I'm nearly 33 and just not getting any interest at all and as I don't come into a lot of contact with women my age in my day job I resorted to online dating.

 

I've been on plenty of fish for about a month and despite 15 to 20 messages being sent to girls I have had not a single response. Ok, I'm not that handsome but I tried to write a good profile to show I am intelligent, respectable and not just some sort of idiot who wants one thing. I can tell girls have been looking at my profile but I'm just getting nothing and without sounding big headed I can't believe I've had no responses at all!

 

I don't really do clubbing and drinking alcohol etc so I guess I'm limiting myself, and I do genuinely try, but I'm lacking opportunities and every time I see a nice girl I check their ring finger and more often than not they're taken.

 

Perhaps if I was 21 it might be a bit easier as my age range of girls is 25/26 plus and many start filtering down into relationships.

 

Any advice would be appreciated, and I admit I've asked for help a few times on this site!!

20 messages is nothing, when I was on there I got one reply for every 60 sent

I don't agree. You can find some good on every site. However it's a numbers game for guys.
