Gypsie Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 What do you call someone who says that they were okay with something you did but then uses their friend to say that it was not okay and kept going on about what their friend going on about their disapproval of it when it was not that bad at all in the slightest. Another thing I have noticed is that when plans get changed or whatever it is always someone else's idea and not there's to make them not look bad.
TaraMaiden Posted May 4, 2012 Posted May 4, 2012 Two-faced? Manipulative? Cowardly? Timid? All of the above? What do you think it is...? 1
SpiralOut Posted May 7, 2012 Posted May 7, 2012 I know somebody like that. It's called not being accountable for your own actions and feelings! Blaming things on others so nobody will get mad at you.
freestyle Posted May 8, 2012 Posted May 8, 2012 I would call that passive-aggression. I would also call that triangulation. Person A is mad at Person B---but rather than confront Person A directly, they go complaining to Person C. It's very dysfunctional, and has the potential to create a of of drama, needlessly----Drama that could've have been avoided with direct & honest conversation.
