My girlfriend has a new friend that she works with. Since she started working with her she spends alot of time with her. calls her everyday, spends hours after work with her and constantly in contact with her. when i was out there spending a few days with her i picked her up from work and she didnt introduce me to her new friend. i know i shouldnt be jealous but something tells me why is she so infactuated by this new friend of hers? ive never seen her this way with any of her other friends. am i just over anaylizing things?

Hard to say. Women can be funny that way with friends. However, the "not introducing you" part is pretty fishy. Was the other gal giving you the stink eye? Has your sex life tapered off a bit?

Nothing surprises me anymore. There seems to be a large amount of funny business going on with a lot of women, especially young women anymore...

I was that "friend". Except I was just an excuse for her to go out with guys and tell her SO that she is with me.

How long have you been with her?

I don't know your girl friend but I think you should be careful. You don't really know she is spending this time with her or is just telling you she is with her.

Somethings not right about this. She gets upset with you really fast about what? Asking where she went? Some women will get MORE angry when you challenge them in an area where they are in the wrong, just to throw you off. Don't want to fight? Well, don't back off and let her steamroll some garbage right by you.

Follow your instincts and don't be too predictable. You'll eventually catch her if she's up to no good.

OP, this sounds an awful lot like the situation with my now ex-wife.

Her new "friend" was actually her new BF.

She would get angry if I ever mentioned her "friend"

But even if there is no cheating going on, why are you walking on egg shells around this woman who is supposed to be your GF?

Did she have a short temper before?

Why'd you break up?

It sounds like to me YOU wanted to get back together & she knows it.

so she is going to just be disrespectful to you & push you around.

Honestly dude, i would never tolerate a woman who acted that way.

It's way too much drama & BS.

I suppose the next time she snaps on you, you can just leave & show her you aren't going to deal with her "temper"

I'd dump her for having a short temper, regardless of whatever other crap she may or may not be doing. Some things just aren't worth putting up with. There are a lot of great people out there; go and find one of them.

So she's busting your balls and now you're scaredy cat next to her. Sweet.
