maddog78 Posted May 3, 2012 Posted May 3, 2012 I met a girl in March 2011, and it was amazing in the beginning. We were both single parents to a 3yr old and a 2yr old. We dated for three months and moved in together the first of June 2011 into a 3 bedroom apartment. About 4 or 5 days before we moved in together she told me she was pregnant. I was blown away by this!! As an already single Dad it scared me to death. Anyway, after discussing things we decided that we hadn't known eachother long enough, she had an abortion. She was COMPLETELY against this. The whole summer, there was a lot of resentment from the abortion. On the first day of November I broke the lease and moved out.....I didn't like the arguing in front of the kids. In addition to all of this, I was working full time and going to school full time, getting my B.S. degree. She pursued me until March of 2012 and I ended up running into her on 3/3/12 and she was with her son....it was that day that I realized how much I loved her. All of a sudden she defriended me on FB and has "met someone else"....I'm devasted by this, and moved out to focus on my studies and my daughter..... What should I do?? HELP!!!
Philosoraptor Posted May 3, 2012 Posted May 3, 2012 You move on, that's what you do. Timing doesn't always work out right and there is nothing we can do to change the past. There was much pain in your relationship and it doesn't seem that you both wanted to work through that at the same time. As I said, timing just didn't work out. Heal up, continue personal growth, and move on.
