Why do we close doors louder? This seems like one of the little things not worth arguing about... that someone else mentioned seems overly important to women. Why can't women put the seat down? :) Don't answer, because it is really not that important.

I thought the point of the thread was to ask silly questions of one another. To my mind, the light-hearted stuff is vastly preferable to the "how can you bleed and not die" kind of stuff.

But hey, to each his or her own.

Why do you like "bad boys"? While overlooking the nice guys who could very well be better sex partners; loyal companions who would care for you and stand by you?

Mine is: Why argue about little things?

A lot of times, the answer is PMS :o I'm easily irritated that week. (although some weeks I ask my H if he has PMS )

Men: Why do you care so much about the car?

How come the clothes you buy never say "dry clean only" on them?

And they are permanent press, or wrinkle reduced, or whatever.

um... we all recognize men and women are different, don't we? The MARS and VENUS book covers this so very well. It ought to be required reading in high school sociology class. :D

ugh. I hated that book. I'll be the first to start a bonfire and throw it on top.

People are different!!

'Emotional Intelligence' by Goleman is a better one.

But you probably won't like it. Claims that empathy and ability to delay gratification are the two qualities most important for achieving success in life and ability to maintain relationships.

but empathy and delaying gratification are not considered 'manly' traits by some.

I have the audio book. Great stuff.

'Are you actually turned on when you wake up with morning wood?'

'How does it feel to have THAT MUCH STUFF in your pants?'

'Are you ever worried while doing sports that you'll get nut-crunched?'

Seriously, I don't have any. Asked the bf all the above and more. :p

How can you go through the excruciating pain of pulling your hair out (wax) yet, be scared of a tiny mouse or a spider. HOW ????

The trick is to be scared of both.

Meh. My brazillians are not that painful. Perhaps I am used to it. They are not pleasant but they are certainly not " agonizing". I don't feel like crying or anything.

Why don't ya give it a go? JOKING:p

Hm. That's a very good question. Are you, guys?

'How does it feel to have THAT MUCH STUFF in your pants?'

Are you talking about their natural "junk," or the massive and bizarre collection to be found in the pockets of their jeans?

ROFL, "junk". :D I used to carry a whole lot more than most people do in my jeans.

1) Yes

2) It's manageable

3) It's only happened once

Men, why are you physically incapable of moving anything when looking for something? If you swear you put your keys on the kitchen table, and there is a magazine with a lump under it on the kitchen table, why can you not move the magazine to see if perhaps the keys are RIGHT THERE UNDER IT?

Oh yes!

The best thing about living with a woman...:)

I might check into that. Why would I not like it? You are not getting MY full picture here online.... like eating a steak through a straw :)

Q: If you KNOW PMS whacks you out, why not mentally compensate accordingly? It's not like some random surprise, you could PLAN for it.

Q: How can anyone NOT like the Mars and Venus book??

A: Deciding when to purpose? when you finally know she'll say yes. :D

A: Morning wood? Yes! hop on!

A: how does it feel? MANLY hahahaha

A: nut crunched? ALWAYS a worry. having that happen is like landing flat on your back from a 6 foot drop, AND getting an instant migraine all over your whole body.

Wait, wait.

So why are you waking up turned on!?!? Was there a dream or something?

I am turned on by a lot of things, but just after waking up usually isn't one of them...

Why do you start threads like this one?

Really, I cannot think of another single question I'd ask men, in any general sense, but I guess I'd ask this of many men on LS who persist in seeing "the female gender" as some huge amalgamation of homogeneous traits.

Other than that, if I wanted to ask a man something, I always did.

It's just something that happens, I wake up turned on, I can't explain it! I am usually very easily turned on at the drop of a hat though :D

I love that book !

And his others.

It's hard to accept the message though and i even had to write stuff down from it ... not a light read.

No, i can't remember what i dreamt about.

Well, if you mean the front side ... GREAT. If you mean the pockets, it's like walking around with 2 grocery bags taped to my thighs ... seriously, i don't have a wallet. :(

I don't get nut-crunched when i do sports, it's attached to a ligament and unless i run it kinda goes in. It also depends on how big it is in flacid state.

I suspect guys who have it bigger in flaccid state can get nut-crunched.

Funny thread. As if we live fenced off from each other, gazing over and watching the other gender with curiosity and wonder.

I've generally had a good enough relationship with my girlfriends that I got most of my discovery questions answered already. Or female friends or co-workers. Or I just started threads.

Men: Why do you care so much about the car?

It's mechanic and logic ... unlike other high maintenance things in the house ....

Testosterone can peak in the morning.

Also, some men are perpetually turned on, and morning is no exception!
