Texan11 Posted April 30, 2012 Posted April 30, 2012 (edited) Long story short im 19 and my ex is 17. we met in high school and dated for a year.... her dad is a preacher and i was her first real boyfriend....from the get-go he didnt like me at all...it took me like 3 months before i could even take her out....i never felt welcome around her parents but i loved her alot. we also didnt have sex even though she wanted to i just told her i didnt think she was ready for... i thought that would show how good of a guy i am... we dated for a year and recently broke up...i miss her so much but she wont come back to me... she says we both need to try and move on b/c were not getting back together but still she texts me all the time and calls me her bestfriend... the day after i broke up with her she was talking to the one guy she knows i dont like and has recently been on dates with him instead of trying to fix things with me...iv tried hard to get over it but i just cant...any advice? please help..thanx Edited April 30, 2012 by Texan11

Also, it's probably not a good idea for you to be communicating with her. You should tell her that you need time to get over her and to please stop texting or calling you. I'm sorry you're having a hard time with this, but it will get better.
Author Texan11 Posted April 30, 2012 Author Posted April 30, 2012 Thanks for the advice.... iv been trying so hard to get over it and move on but i just cant get her out of my head... im always thinking about her....its been almost 2 months sinc we broke up and iv never had a problem with moving on from other woman but this one is different somehow.... sometimes when we talk she will say things that hint to her missing me... but i dont to be strung along or used for company until another guy comes along,,
