Seriously tempted to Facebook my ex of late, posting here instead

We broke up last August. It was a short relationship but it was only my second serious girlfriend and I was head over heels. She won't talk to me anymore, and the last I heard from her was September.

 

 

I've been off Facebook for a few months now, and have recently been getting the urge to look her up on a sock account or something. Last September she already had a new boyfriend and I'm willing to bet they are still together, and well even if they aren't it doesn't matter.

 

 

The only thing preventing me from seeing what she is up to is that sinking feeling I get in my gut when I see a pic of her with another guy. One of the worst feelings in the world, so it's pretty good insurance that I won't cave.

Good, don't cave. That sinking feeling and the checking up on her are signs that you're not over her yet.

 

She's moved on. Time for you to do the same.

I agree with January, Seeing her with another guy hurts Im sure, but at least your not in limbo man, this is all the closure you need. Time for you to get out there and take some pictures of your own. Enjoy life man Im trying to do the same.

Closure has been hard for me. To this day, the last time I saw her we were together and happy. The breakup took place over a series of phone calls and she wouldn't see me again, even though I wanted to try to talk it out. So yeah.
