My take - judging by the expression on his face while breaking the fourth-wall, he purposefully picked these two girls to make fools of them.

 

Reminds me of the s h i t - girls say videos.

 

To answer your question, I think that some American girls are like this, but a sample of two citizens does not a country make.

- "Want the guy to make the decisions" hmmmm... they must be lieing to themselves, because from what I understand (thanks to me re-education on this board) men and women should be EQUAL! ... oh wait.... they were simply being honest? again, they MUST be lieing to themselves.

 

- "Less chivalrous".... hmmmm now why do we suppose THAT is? Because we are trying to be equal? wow. funny how that works. Enjoy the bed YOU made.

 

- "We lie more". yep. pretty honest there.

Why? Women aren't helpless victims, they're capable of making decisions for themselves.
