Ex girlfriend doesn't know what she wants?

Alright well my ex gf and I are both 18 yrs old and we broke up in Nov. after being together for 17 months. She broke up with me, I ignored her once she did and then she was crying to get me back a few hours later. So I kept ignoring her for a few days, and then I finally met up with her. And when I took her on this date which I thought she changed since she had that mental breakdown, she acted more like friends more than a bf/gf thing and she told me she now needs time to think and doesn't know if she's "in love" anymore but still loves me. So as big of a moron I was, I did all the wrong things you could do to get her back by pleading and begging for weeks. But she was telling me, "I do want to get back together and we will, I just need this time", but she really did seem like she was confused as hell and I couldn't understand it because just a week prior to that, she was completely happy. Now, I haven't had any contact with her for almost 3 months but yet she still "likes" a couple recent photos/status of me on facebook. I don't know why she does this but yet doesn't want to talk to me. A friend told me she went out to lunch with her like a month ago and I was mentioned in the convo and she said she does miss me but just wants time to see what she really wants. I have learned that Im not initiating contact with her whatsoever anymore but I do still have feelings for her. And Im not gonna unfriend from fb cause that'd make me look like a little child. I mean Im trying to get over her, but yet she likes my things on fb? It's quite irritating, just trying to ignore it. But my question is what do I do if she does text me? Ignore it? Cause you see, she thinks that Im going to be waiting around for her until she makes up her mind, thats why I believe I HAVE to scare her. Ignoring her texts will give her the feeling that she has "lost" me which is what I want because it was working when I ignored her once she broke up with me. I should've kept on doing it, but I just gave in :/. Any advice? I do kinda want her back but I don't want to be played like a fool also. What should I do?

Well you can unfriend her on Facebook without looking childish. Just let her now that it's hard for you to see her statuses etc when you still have feelings for her and it's not a permanent unfriending. This will surely make her think about you more and maybe even make your profile private so she can't check up on you. It'll do both of you good to do this. Well that's my opinion anyway

No contact until she says she wants to be with u immediately and willing to change .(or else its just breadcrumbs),another method which can be used with NC is start hanging out with girls, showing signs that u have move on..that would boot her to make a decision quicker..
