Today, Monday June 21st 2004, i am starting a new diet and exercise program!!!

 

My goal is to loose at least 30 pounds :eek::) and of course to be healthier and to feel better with myself...

 

If any of you would like to lose a few pounds, please let me know. We can do it together, and support each other.

The hardest step is always the first.

 

Good luck and stick with it. When you do not see results right away, IT'S NORMAL. Just stay with your plan!
