My woman's intuition tells me she talked to her girlfriends who were jealous that she had met someone nice who treated her well and spent money on her. They probably said you were a wimp and how embarrassing for her that she had to ask for a kiss. This. You waited too long and ignored too many obvious signals. If you don't make a move when you have the chance, you don't always get another try. You went from being perceived as nice and respectful to shy, timid, and wussy. You know what the lesson to learn from this is? It's better to kiss a girl who's not that into you, than not kiss a girl who is very much into you. In other words, next time you're not sure, go for it anyway instead of waiting 2 weeks.
PhillyDude Posted May 3, 2012 Posted May 3, 2012 Hello, Thank you all for your responses They were great! Definitely gave me a lot to think about which is why it has taken me so long to respond. After careful consideration I decided that I will not kiss her. Tomorrow is our "date" and I've been contemplating it, though after I received a text today that read she will have to be home early tomorrow, I decided to just leave it how it is. I told her that we would go out and do that so I am sticking to my word and doing what I said. All-in-all it will be friendly fun and I will take her home early per her request. Skydiving.... here I come! Would it be easier to kiss if she was a guy?

luvkitties Posted May 3, 2012 Posted May 3, 2012 I'm in the same boat as the OP, except I'm female. I have went on four dates and the most contact I've had with him are hugs. I am a bit frustrated at the lack of physical contact, but I enjoy his company. I really like him, but if something doesn't happen within the next 1-2 dates, I may have to bring it up, which would suck because I would like the kiss to be spontaneous and not feel forced. Sadly, OP, it sounds like she did lose interest...sorry. Better luck next time
